Women's Empowerment Circle (in-person)

A consistent gathering space for women to come together and reconnect with their true, wild and wonderful selves in a supportive, no pressure, grounded environment.

This circle offers a pause from daily life — a place to breathe, reflect, and connect with others without pressure or expectation. Each session centre's around a particular theme (like connection, courage, growth or forgiveness).

Gatherings include relaxing meditation, reflective prompts, gentle ritual, activities on the theme, and shared conversation.

Through shared ritual, reflection, and conversation, we create the kind of connection that feels nourishing.
