What should I bring to a meditation session?

Most of the venues we operate from have yoga mats and cushions. Where this isn't the case, it will show in the event description. Feel free to bring your own mat or any other items for comfort such as a blanket and water bottle. Comfortable clothing is recommended to help you relax during the session.

Most of our meditation sessions, ceremonies, and workshops are open to anyone unless the listing says otherwise. Our women’s circles are created as a space for women to connect, reflect, and share.
