This ceremony is a seasonal ritual that honors the light and dark within and around us, the finding of balance, and the acknowledgement of the growth and experience of past months, while gently letting go of what is not needed for the next season. As we transition into the darker half of the year, this ceremony offers space to ground, integrate, return inward and prepare to move forward into the next season of life.
