This intimate, two-hour experience is designed for those ready to lay down their heavy burdens and step boldly into their empowered, truest selves. In a safe, nurturing, and deeply supportive space, we will honour what must die so that what is waiting within you can finally be born. This is your sacred threshold—a deliberate moment to close the door on who you were and step into who you are becoming. The Journey - Honouring the Shadows: Through guided meditation and reflection, you will explore the person you are and what you wish to have die within you and prepare to release past negative experiences. - Gentle breath and Movement: Through gentle breath and movement, we will shift stagnant emotions out of the physical body, melting away the cellular memories of feeling unloved or unseen to open up space for the new. - The Symbolic Rebirth Ritual: In a deeply moving, collaborative ritual, you will experience a symbolic rebirth. Physically and energetically assisted by your fellow participants in a safe, space, you will consciously cross the threshold into the present—fully witnessed, supported, and welcomed. - Intention Setting & Integration: Emerging into your new beginning, you will anchor your vision for what is being birthed within you, making a new commitment to yourself. Completing exercises to cement this and closing with a gentle, optional opportunity for sharing.
