Women's Empowerment Circle

Service Description

A consistent gathering space for women to come together and reconnect with their true, wild and wonderful selves in a supportive, no pressure, grounded environment. This circle offers a pause from daily life — a place to breathe, reflect, and connect with others without pressure or expectation. Each session centres on a particular theme, with the first being “connection”. Gatherings will include relaxing meditation, reflective prompts, gentle ritual, activities on the theme, and shared conversation. You are welcome exactly as you are.
